Relaxation massage in St. MartinAn hour of serenity, wherever you're staying.
Our most booked treatment: a gentle, flowing full-body massage, brought on site to your villa, hotel or rental. 60 minutes is $100. 90 minutes is $150.

What relaxation massage is
Relaxation massage is what spas often call Swedish massage. Your therapist uses long, smooth strokes with light to medium pressure to ease tired muscles and slow your breathing down.
We call it relaxation because that's the reason people book it. It's the right choice if you want to switch off, not work through knots. For firm pressure, choose deep tissue.
Good to know
- Light to medium pressure, adjusted to you
- Full body: back, neck, shoulders, arms, legs and feet
- Unscented oil on request
- Tell her about injuries or sunburn and she'll work around them
Your hour, start to finish
Here's what happens after you book.
She arrives and sets up
About 10 minutes to set up the table, fresh sheets, oils and music if you'd like it.
A quick check-in
Which pressure you like, where to focus, and anything to avoid.
Your massage
60 or 90 minutes. She works quietly unless you'd like to chat.
She packs up, you stay put
No drive home. Shower, nap, or take your drink out to the terrace.
When guests book it
Relaxation massage fits best when your vacation slows down.
Arrival day
Undo the stiff neck and swollen legs from a long flight before the trip really starts.
After a day in the sun
Beach, boat or hike, then a massage before you shower and head out.
Before dinner
A late-afternoon booking leaves you calm and loose for a night out in Simpson Bay or Grand Case.

Questions
Is relaxation massage the same as Swedish massage?
Yes. Spas often call it Swedish massage: long, smooth strokes with light to medium pressure. We call it relaxation massage because that's what people book it for.
Should I book 60 or 90 minutes?
60 minutes covers the full body at an easy pace. 90 minutes, on the other hand, gives extra time on your back, neck and shoulders.
How much pressure will my therapist use?
Light to medium, and she'll check with you at the start. If you want firm pressure on knots, book deep tissue instead.
Do I need to shower first?
You don't have to, but rinsing off sand and sunscreen helps the oil glide. Tell your therapist if you have any sunburn so she can avoid it.
Is it OK to fall asleep?
Of course. Many guests do. Your therapist will wake you gently at the end and pack up quietly.
